• Where is the store based?

  Heerenveen, Netherlands

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes!!

  I don't live in the US, but we ship worldwide!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has been shipped.

  Orders from The Netherlands will take 1-10 business day after shipment.

  International shipment times vary by destination country. We ship via POSTNL (approximately 14-40 business days to deliver).

  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier. So, keep a watchful eye on your mailman. (And contact us if you have a problem) All international orders are subject to customs fees determined by their countries regulations.

• Do you ship the orders with insurance?

  No, I do not ship the orders with insurance.

  If you want me to, you need to add an extra option to your cart if you want to be insured. :)

• How can I get my order tracked?

  To get a tracking number for your order, you need to add the "insured shipping" item from my store to your order.

• Do you accept sponsorship?

  YES!

  If you are interested in being sponsored, send me an email to [email protected] with the title “Sponsorship request”.

  Sponsorship requirements:
  - must have an active blog or YouTube channel.
  - over 10,000 followers (I sometimes make exceptions)
  - prior sponsorship experience or experience on reviewing items (advantageous)

  Be sure to include your name, age, country of residence, url of your tumblr/blog/youtube channel, a screen cap of your follower count, and a reason why you are interested in being sponsored.

  Please be aware that I can only sponsor a limited amount of people, and that I can not respond to all requests.

• Do you do commisons?

  You will get a free moonchoker if you order $16 (without shipping), with your order.

  Please put in the description box what size you are.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
